Kevin Volbrecht has been the Director of Engineering for the City of West Palm Beach, since October 2016. He oversees all of the CIP projects for the City. Prior to that, he was the Project Director on the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project extension in Washington DC for nine years. He spent the first 23 years of his career in the San Francisco Bay Area working on a variety of Transportation , Rail, Airport and Building Capital projects.
