Kevin C. Volbrecht, P.E.

Kevin C. Volbrecht is originally from the San Francisco Bay area in California. He is a graduate of the University of the Pacific in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in California, Florida and Virginia. He worked for URS Corp since early 1980s, and has been involved in the management of dozens of major Capital Projects including airports, commuter rail, roadways and public buildings. In 2004 he moved to South Florida to work on projects at Fort Lauderdale International Airport and in Miami. He then worked in Washington DC from 2007-2016 as Project Director on Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project. Volbrecht returned to Florida in 2016 where he became the Director of Engineering Department at the City of West Palm Beach.

The Palm Beach Partners is a coalition of City, County, State and non-profit agencies aligned to maximize economic development opportunities for small businesses throughout the South Florida region.
The group includes: South Florida Water Management District, City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners, (Office of Small Business Assistance, Department of Airports and Palm Tran), School District of Palm Beach County, City of West Palm Beach, Center for Technology Enterprise and Development (TED Center), and PARAGON Florida, Inc.
