Samuel Spear, Jr. has almost 40 years experience
in Systems Development, Data Center Management,
Network Management, and Small Business Consultant.
Samuel began as a programmer for clinical labs,
developing software for the interfacing of testing
equipment and computers. This led to management in
the NYC Bureau of Labs and later consulting and
project management. I consider myself a generalist that
can provide complete services to small businesses.
Samuel believes it is essential to “give back,” to
become involved. He served on the Delray Beach
Historic Preservation Board, and currently on the Code
Enforcement Board and The Delray Beach Sports
Destination Committee.
Sam has been recognized with numerous awards
for his civil and community duties and contributions.
Mr. Spear regularly engages in artistic and
creative activities. He is an ardent photographer and
world voyager. (He has traveled to Europe, Africa,
Turkey, Egypt, China, Ethiopia, Timbuktu, Cuba, and
Spain and has had several successful photography
exhibits, in New York and Florida.)
Samuel says, “ I have always tried to remain
